Welcome to Paws of Awe Pet Photography, a professional photography service specialising in pet photography. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, scheduling a photography session, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Booking and Payments
Booking Confirmation: A session is considered booked after receiving a written confirmation/signed contract and a non-refundable retainer.
Payment: The remainder of the payment is due 7 days before the photography session unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
If the Client requests to cancel the session, the initial non-refundable retainer payment will be forfeited. If the Client requests to amend the photoshoot session 7 or more calendar days before the agreed upon photographic event date, the initial non-refundable retainer payment will be applied to a mutually agreed upon reschedule date subject to availability. If the Client fails to show or requests to amend the photoshoot session 7 or less calendar days before the agreed upon photographic event date, the initial non-refundable retainer payment will be forfeited.
In the case of bad weather, sessions may be rescheduled without any additional cost.
Copyright and Usage
All photographs taken by Paws of Awe Pet Photography are the property of Paws of Awe Pet Photography and are protected by UK copyright laws.
The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the digital photos purchased or as that were part of their package for personal purposes. Commercial use is not permitted without written consent.
Deliverables
The photographs will be delivered in the format and time frame agreed upon during the booking.
Paws of Awe Pet Photography reserves the right to use any photographs for promotional or commercial purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.
Liability and Indemnity
Paws of Awe Pet Photography will not be held responsible for any injury to pets or humans during the photography session.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Paws of Awe Pet Photography from any loss, liability, or expense arising out of the session.
The client agrees that their pet and any actions their pet takes for the duration of the photoshoot is their responsibility.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
